In The Age of AI
The age of AI is something that didn’t really scare me until I watched the video and realized how serious of a Threat to humannity AI can become. As a game design and studio of Arts major, I had an Idea of a few of the negative impacts the AI had, but after watching the video and getting a better understanding of what really could happen in the future, I came to the conclusion that although Ai will help humanity in many ways such as increasing efficiancy, accuracy and also productivity. It will also cause many problems such as a extremely high increase in difficulties in finding/ maintainning jobs an increase in competitivity between people and also a possibility of diminishing critical thinking in society.
In the video, we are told many possibilities of how AI can affect and it is already affecting society. One topic which was discussed in which I believe is one of the main things that needs to be mentioned when talking about AI, is online privacy.

taken serious, even more so when AI is involved. If AI is dealing with people’s data with no actual human looking after it, It would be only a matter of time or one simple error until AI would expose someone’s sensitive data. A question that is in my mind is when will it be too late to go back?
Ai not only is improving rapidly but is also now able to make something that is not really real become reality, such as a fake video. Deep Fake I believe is the specific term used in this context, where AI will place the face of someone else on top of someone’s real face on a video. Ai now can alternate reality, in the picture below there is a better example of how real it can be. I wonder how the future will be as AI and technology in general improves, and according to Elon Musk AI has a chance of 10-20% of destroying humanity, although 10-20% might not see as bad, we need to take in consideration how much technology will improve in the future.
